SAGINAW, Mich - Last week our Michigan ESGR East Area Chair Paul DeSander presented the ESGR Patriot Award to Damon Redford at the UPS Delivery Office in Saginaw.

Redford was nominated by Derrick Gaddis of the 110 Operations Group, Air National Guard in Kalamazoo. In his nomination he stated, "During my time away on military leave, Damon and the UPS management team has supported and recognized me through awards. I received the Customer Satisfaction Award which is where the UPS does a follow up with their customers to gain feedback about how the service provider/driver are meeting expectations/customers' satisfaction. I was recognized for attaining 100 percent customer satisfaction meeting expectation. It is my belief that my UPS management team truly cares about my well being from countless exemplified actions."
