ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota ESGR Committee member James Finely conducted a Statement of Support signing with Children’s Minnesota Sept. 26. The signing was part of the company’s proclamation ceremony on becoming a Minnesota National Guard Beyond the Yellow Ribbon company.

Signing for Children’s Minnesota was President and CEO Dr. Marc Gorelick. Also present for the ceremony were Lt. Gov. Peggy Flannagan, Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Shawn Manke, and ESGR volunteers Chad Sackett and Jack Grams.

The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Statement of Support, confirms that the company joins other employers in pledging:

• We fully recognize, honor, and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act (USERRA).
• We will provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
