RALEIGH, N.C. – Mosley Architects’ Department Manager Steve Nally received the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award on recently for the extraordinary support he provides to his Navy Reserve employee, Petty Officer 1st Class Paul Luzier.
Luzier, who serves in U.S. Navy Reserve Subgroup 10 said, “Steve is always a phone call away when needed for me and my family.” He related that Nally is congnizant that serving on orders can be financially challenging, and he strives to ensure those hardships don’t befall on his family.
Ken Oppenheim, Area Chair for the N.C. Committee of ESGR said, “The Patriot Award was created by ESGR to publicly recognize individuals who provide outstanding support and cooperation to their employees who have answered their nation’s call to serve in the National Guard or Reserves.” Oppenheim continued, “Supportive supervisors like Mr. Nally are critical to maintaining the strength and readiness of the nation’s reserve components.”

ESGR is a Department of Defense program that develops and promotes supportive work environments for service members in the National Guard and Reserve through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws.
