FOREST LAKE, Minn. – Minnesota Army National Guard Spc. Abigail Bulver is presenting the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award to her civilian supervisor, Trista Hendrickson. The award was presented Jan. 26 at Birchwood Arbors in recognition of Trista’s support of Bulver’s service to the Army National Guard.
Bulver was very appreciative of Trista’s support and assistance with her service and wanted to honor her. Bulver stated that Trista is very accommodating of her service, even on short notice, and always expresses interest and pride in her military service. Also present were Doug Julin and Chad Sackett, ESGR Minnesota Committee members.
ESGR is a Department of Defense office that develops and promotes supportive work environments for service members in the National Guard and Reserve through outreach, recognition, and educational opportunities that increase awareness of applicable laws.
ESGR also provides assistance in resolving conflicts between Service members and their employers.
